Description

Creates a card like navigational element.

Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Image	`image`	The card image (below the header, if the latter is present, otherwise the uppermost element).	String	suggested
Image link	`target`	Alternative link target for the image.	String	required
Title	`title`	In card heading.	String	required
